Good Morning BELL Academy Families,

We are excited to begin the lottery process for the 2026–2027 BELL Academy Afterschool Program!

Due to the DYCD online application not being released yet, we are using this Google Form to conduct our program lottery. We want to give families an opportunity to know whether their child is expected to receive a space or be placed on the waiting list before the official DYCD application becomes available.

Please complete one form for each child you wish to enter into the lottery. This is ONLY a lottery form and does not guarantee a spot in our program. 

Important Dates

• Lottery Form Opens: Wednesday, August 19, 2026

• Lottery Form Closes: Wednesday, August 26, 2026

• Lottery Results Sent: Thursday, August 27, 2026

• Offer Acceptance Deadline: Monday, August 31, 2026

You will receive an email from me on Thursday, August 27 letting you know whether your child has been offered a space or placed on the waiting list.

If your child is offered a space, you will have until Monday, August 31 to accept the offer. If the offer is not accepted by the deadline, the space may be given to another child on the waiting list.

 IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Submitting the Google Form does NOT guarantee your child's enrollment in the afterschool program.

This form is ONLY for the Bell Academy lottery process. It is not the official DYCD application and does not replace the official application.

Once the lottery and acceptance process is complete, I will send additional instructions regarding the official DYCD application as soon as the application becomes available and I receive further information.

Please make sure to provide an email address that you check regularly, as all lottery results and future updates regarding the application process will be sent by email.
